I BROKE LAST YEAR'S RECORD!!!
Every year I head to the local fruit store with the kids to pick their pumpkins. I have a running bet with myself to see if I can pick the biggest pumpkin. Two years ago, I got a 40 pounder, last year, I beat it by 2lbs. I thought I'd have a hard time to beat that. But as I walked into the pumpkin patch, there she was.... Just sitting there calling my name. "Pick me, take my to your loving home" So I did. I plucked her. I held my breath when I sat her on the scales. I needed to beat 42lbs. I DID! 52 whopping pounds. I now think that next year I will have a bigger problem, but until then.
