Tarren: Mom will you teach me to shave my legs?
Me: Ummmm... no! You aren't old enough. Besides once you start, you have to keep it up, and you'll end up regretting it
Tarren: What do you mean, "keep it up"?
Me: You'll have to shave every other day or so. You're hair will keep growing back.
Tarren: That's why I figured you could take me to get a wax.
Are you freaking kidding me??!!! What next???

Thats about the age I started to shave my legs. Scary that your little one is already that big. as for the wax, if thats what she wants make her pay for it: spending her own money on something that hurts that bad sucks, she won't likely be asking to go back.

I don't want to come to grips that I have a teenager in less then 3 years. I guess I should be thankfull that she asked me instead of catching her in the act.

My mom made me wait until I was 12! I was the last girl in my class to shave my legs. :(

I'd probably do the same thing to my daughter, though. :)

I had Tarren in PE yesterday. We played capture the flag and she was the only girl willing to guard the flag and take those boys out every chance she got. I thought that she was a rockstar!!
